You may not use the Sloancode platform to:

5. AI Platform Usage
You may not use Sloancode AI systems to:

- Automate illegal activities
- Generate spam campaigns
- Circumvent security protections
- Create harmful deepfakes
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Mislead consumers through deceptive AI-generated communications
Users remain responsible for all content generated or distributed using the platform.
6. Communications Platform
If you use Sloancode’s communication services (including Voice AI, SMS, Chat, or Email), you agree that:
- You have obtained all legally required consents.
- You will comply with applicable telecommunications laws.
- You will comply with anti-spam regulations.
- You will honor opt-out requests.
- You will not send unsolicited marketing messages.
- You will not spoof phone numbers or caller identities.
- You will not misuse messaging services.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their communications comply with applicable laws.
7. Data Protection
You may not:
- Upload information you do not have permission to process.
- Share confidential information without authorization.
- Upload malicious files.
- Upload copyrighted material without permission.
- Attempt unauthorized access to another customer’s information.
- Circumvent access controls.
Customers remain responsible for the legality of information they upload to the platform.
8. Intellectual Property
You may not:
- Copy Sloancode software without authorization.
- Reverse engineer our software except where permitted by law.
- Remove copyright notices.
- Resell our services without authorization.
- Use our trademarks without permission.
All intellectual property rights remain the property of SLOANCODE TECHNOLOGY GROUP LLC or its licensors.
9. Platform Security
Users must not:
- Attempt to probe platform vulnerabilities.
- Interfere with network traffic.
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks.
- Attempt privilege escalation.
- Introduce malicious code.
- Use automated tools to disrupt services.
- Circumvent authentication mechanisms.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have authorization to connect third-party systems, including but not limited to:
- POS systems
- CRMs
- Payment providers
- Scheduling systems
- Communication providers
- Cloud platforms
- APIs
Use of third-party services remains subject to those providers’ own terms and policies.
12. Monitoring
To protect our customers and platform, Sloancode may monitor platform activity for:
- Security
- Abuse
- Fraud
- Service reliability
- Compliance
- Performance
Monitoring is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
13. Enforcement
If we determine that this Policy has been violated, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Issue warnings
- Suspend services
- Restrict access
- Remove content
- Disable accounts
- Terminate services
- Report unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities
- Pursue available legal remedies
We reserve the right to take immediate action when necessary to protect our platform or customers.
14. Changes
